Silvereye: The bane of S.E.A.L.

This shady character is know as Silvereye, B.O.L.T.'s (Big Organization of Lethal Terrorists) top agent. He's obviously the Steelbeak of Nightman with the silver pupil on his left eye and a metal hand. A lot of his past is shrouded in mystery including how he got those. He is clever, suave, and manipulative, but also conceited and sexist. As B.O.L.T.'s chief agent he is always shown as a boss giving orders to his henchmen, making him one of Nightman's greatest enemies.
